what did they just say?

I love listening to kids talk.  I love the conversations they have with one another.  Here's one that just so happened to be about me, and it is hilarious.  These kids are part of a family that I've grown close to over the past few months.  Apparently, they are concerned about my future...

Caris (age 7) – “Do you think Miss Meredith will get married?”

David (age 10) – “I don’t think it is good manners to talk about somebody getting married when they’re not here.”

Joseph (age 4) – “Miss Meredif can’t get married.  She’s almost a little person.  And little people don’t get married!”
