not my day!

two days ago, I had one of those days that was just not my day.  

1. I got up early but was still late to a baby shower.

2. I parked in the only spot where one could get blocked in at the baby shower.

3. I dropped my fork on the floor at the baby shower, not once but twice... in front of twenty ladies - lovely.  oh, and i spilt my glass of water on the floor and on my jacket.

4. While driving...no, while leaving a parking space, I jumped a curb accidentally with two tires and almost knocked Andrea out of the car in doing so!

5.  I left my warm and expensive jacket at my flag football game, and returned later to retrieve it... it was nowhere to be found.

6.  I had two incomplete passes intercepted from me during the game that resulted in immediate touchdowns for the other team... they won in the last play of the game.

7. I booked a flight for the wrong MONTH... who does that?

8. In response to booking my flight for the wrong month, I was told, "that was dumb."

9. I watched my team get beat in the SEC championship game.

10.  Chick-fil-a "ran out" of their NEW peppermint chocolate chip milk shakes... how do you run out of one flavor of milkshake? (so i jumped the curb again to get out of the drive thru line)

I kinda felt like Alexander at the end of the terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day. Except, it wasn't really bad at all... just not my day!
