newborns... and hospitals...

I got to visit a newborn in the hospital today.  This is one of my FAVORITE parts of my job.  Newborns are precious... they are so fragile, yet so resilient.  I love hanging out with them and holding them!  Today I got to see the care that the 4-year-old big brother took as he looked out his baby sister and even semi-held her.  I know he must be thinking, "what in the world?!?!"

navigating thru a hospital, on the other hand - not so fun.  even the parking deck was ridiculously confusing, and who came up with the idea of putting 3 hospitals next door to one another??? I mean, seriously!  Good thing seeing the happy family and new baby was well worth the craziness!
